Villa Oia

Villa Oia accommodates up to 5 guests making it ideal for any type of holiday.  In addition, the semi-detached Pelago Guest Suite can accommodate an extra 2 guests increasing the capacity of Villa Oia to 7 guests (subject to availability).  The colourful Pelago Guest Suite is located next to the Villa and enjoys panoramic views of the Aegean archipelago.

Built on three levels, Villa Oia offers our guests the opportunity to enjoy intimate moments of tranquility and relaxation in the privacy of its numerous verandas whilst taking in the rays of the Mykonos sun ensuring a unique Mykonos experience. Its organic design offers a variety of venues to enjoy from sunrise to sundown.

The snug yet elegant decor of Villa Oia features smooth aegean sea-like floors, creamy white and wooden furniture that blend in with the time-honoured traditional Mykonian design. Villa Oia has been cleverly designed to provide guests with private relaxation areas on the ground and second floors, whilst the first floor provides a cozy sitting area and kitchen.  All floors provide outdoor areas allowing guests to enjoy time outdoors and indulge in relaxation.

Ground floor: The first of the double bedrooms is located on this level. This bedroom has its own charming bathroom built in traditional Mykonian design.  It also boasts its own cozy living room with a beautiful built sofa-bed.  The living room opens directly onto a large private outdoor veranda with a pergola.  This veranda features a large Cycladic wooden table and built outdoor sofa making it ideal for outdoor lunching/dining.

First floor: A curvy staircase leads to this part of the Villa.  On this part of the Villa, a snug living-dining area with an open plan kitchen leads to a veranda with sea views which is perfect for a sunset cocktail or a late al-fresco dinner.  This veranda boasts privileged views of the Aegean sea and amenities for outdoor lunching/dining for all these special moments of relaxation/entertainment. It comes with a stone-built bbq allowing you to taste for yourself the freshest local seafood available. This floor also contains another charming bathroom built in traditional Mykonian design.

Second floor:  A curvy staircase leads to this part of the Villa where the second bedroom is located.  The bedroom overlooks and connects with this veranda making it a haven for relaxation and enjoying beautiful sunsets. 

Outdoors: Villa Oia has three private verandas (one on each floor). The verandas are bestowed with amenities for outdoor lunching/dining and/or relaxation. 

The Villa Thea Mykonos hillside estate boasts a large shared pool area with a bbq facility making it ideal for impromptu gatherings for friends or family.
